  "text": "The area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Humberside) Designation Order 1994 shall be varied so as to consist of the area of 4.479 hectares in the parish of Stoneferry in the County of Humberside, shown enclosed by a red line on a map (being of a scale of 1:500), marked “Map referred to in article 2 of the Free Zone (Humberside) Designation (Variation) Order 1995”, signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise and dated 2nd February 1995.",
