The map referred to in article 2 above shall be kept by the Commissioners at their Headquarters, New King’s Beam House, 22 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PJ (and a copy thereof at the offices of Transport Development Group Limited) in substitution for the map referred to in article 2 of the Free Zone (Humberside) Designation Order 1994.
