Coming into force 12th April 1995
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 100A(4)(a)(ii) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the agreement of Transport Development Group Limited, hereby make the following Order:
