This Order varies the area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Humberside) Designation Order 1994 by increasing it from 4.1766 hectares (expressed as 10.322 acres in that Order) to 4.479 hectares. The increase of 0.3024 hectares is effected by moving the north eastern boundary between the free zone office (which is situated next to the main entrance to the free zone) and 8 West Carr Lane so that the increased area incorporates the old builder’s yard and the boundary follows the footpath on the south west side of West Carr Lane.
