  "text": "–\n(1) An area of 787 acres, in the County of Merseyside, consisting of 121 acres in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral together with 666 acres in the Borough of Sefton, shown enclosed by a red line on maps (in this article referred to as “the maps”), entitled Docks Plan Sheet No. 10 and Freeport Docks Plan Sheet No. 11 respectively, being of a scale of 25 inches to a mile, and signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise, shall be a free zone.\n(2) The maps shall be kept by the Commissioners at their Headquarters, New King’s Beam House, 22 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PJ and copies thereof at the offices of the responsible authority.\n(3) The maps or the copies thereof may, on application, be inspected by members of the public at reasonable hours without charge.",
