  "text": "The area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Liverpool) Designation Order 1984 shall be varied so as to consist of the area of 643 acres in the Borough of Sefton in the County of Merseyside, shown enclosed by a red line on a map (being of a scale of 2 5 inches to a mile), marked “Map referred to in article 2 of the Free Zone (Liverpool) Designation (Variation) Order 1990”, signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise and dated 15th December 1989.",
