CUSTOMS AND EXCISE

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 100A(4)(a)(ii) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the agreement of The Mersey Docks and Harbour Companyf2, hereby make the following Order:
