Article 2

The area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Liverpool) Designation Order 1991^f1 shall be varied so as to consist of an area of 337.01 hectares in the County of Merseyside, comprising 77.87 hectares in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral and 259.14 hectares in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, shown enclosed by a red line on maps (being of a scale of 1:2500), entitled Freeport Docks Plan Sheet No. 10 and Freeport Docks Plan Sheet No. 11 respectively, signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise and dated 2nd January 1998.
