# The Free Zone (Prestwick Airport) Designation Order 2001, Article 3: Appointment of responsible authority


The responsible authority for the free zone shall be Freeport Scotland Ltd whose Registered Office is at County Buildings (Financial Services), Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 2PL.
