  "text": "The area designated a free zone by the Free Zone (Southampton) Designation Order 1991 shall be varied so as to consist of the area of 5.495 acres in the City of Southampton, Hampshire, shown enclosed by a red line on a map (being of a scale of 1:2500), marked “Map referred to in article 2 of the Free Zone (Southampton) Designation (Variation) Order 1994”, signed by a Collector of Customs and Excise and dated 10th February 1994.",
