Regulation 6 Fixing of safety approval plate
A container has a valid safety approval plate fixed to it if—
(a)
the safety approval plate is marked and fixed to it in accordance with—
(i)
the Schedule; or
(ii)
where regulation 7 applies, the 1984 Regulations, and
(b)
the information on the safety approval plate is correct and relates to a valid approval.
