  "text": "Sections 112, 113, 115 and 117 of the Friendly Societies Act 1974, and so much of section 109 of the Act as relates to regulations under section 115, came into force on the passing of the Act on 31st July 1974. This Order brings the remainder of the Act into operation on 1st April 1975.",
