# Friendly Societies Act 1974, Paragraph 10


The repeal by this Act of sections 103 and 104 of the Friendly Societies Act 1896 shall not extend to those sections as they apply by virtue of section 45(3) of the Industrial Assurance Act 1923 or section 108 of the Companies Act 1967.
