# Friendly Societies Act 1974, Paragraph 11


Until such time as a form for the purposes is prescribed by regulations under section 109 of this Act, for the purpose of each of the acknowledgements specified in Parts I and II of Schedule 2 to the Friendly Societies Act 1896 the appropriate form set out in those Parts of that Schedule shall be used.
