# Friendly Societies Act 1974, Paragraph 13


In section 23(1)(a) of the said Act, for the words “section eight of the Act of 1896”there shall be substituted the words “ Schedule I to the Friendly Societies Act 1974 ”, and after the words “that Act”there shall be inserted the words “ or the Friendly Societies Act 1896 ”.
