  "text": "In Schedule 3 to the said Act—\n(a) in paragraph (b), after the words “section 2”there shall be inserted the words “ (in the case of industrial assurance companies only) ”;\n(b) in paragraph (c), at the beginning there shall be inserted the words “ In the case of industrial assurance companies only ”, and at the end there shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“(d) In the case of collecting societies only, as to the following provisions of the Friendly Societies Act 1974, a statement which in the opinion of the Commissioner sufficiently sets forth the effect thereof—\nSection 71(1) to (4) and Schedule 6 paragraph 3\nPayments on deaths of children under 10 years of age.\nSections 72 and 73(2\nInsurances on life of parent or grandparent; limit on amount and prohibition of assignment or charge.\nSchedule 5\nDeath certificates in connection with payments referred to in section 72 of that Act.\n”",
