Paragraph 8
A friendly society to which section 37(2) or (3) above applies which has ceased–
(a)
to carry on insurance business through an overseas branch in a member State other than the United Kingdom; or
(b)
to provide insurance in such a member State,
shall as soon as practicable notify the Commission in writing that it has done so.
