# The Friendly Societies Act 1992 (Amendment) Regulations 1994, Paragraph 2


In paragraph 13 of that Schedule (confirmation: general), after sub–paragraph (2) insert—
“(3) This paragraph and paragraph 14 below do not apply to any transfer of engagements to which paragraph 15 or 15A below applies.”.
