  "text": "The following provisions of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 shall come into force on 8th June 1992—\n(a) sections 1 to 4 (establishment of the Friendly Societies Commission);\n(b) Schedule 1 (Friendly Societies Commission — supplementary);\n(c) sections 116 to 119 (interpretation);\n(d) section 121 (orders and regulations);\n(e) section 122 (payment of expenses);\n(f) section 123 (power to make transitional and consequential provisions);\n(g) section 126 (short title and commencement).",
