  "long_title": "This Order brings into force on 1st January 1993 section 84 of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 which transfers the jurisdiction of the Chief Registrar of friendly societies, a deputy appointed by him or an assistant registrar of friendly societies to hear the disputes described in section 10(1) of the National Savings Bank Act 1971 and in section 5(1) of the National Debt Act 1972 to an adjudicator appointed by the Treasury. It also brings into force necessary consequential amendments.",
