  "text": "(1) Where the Chief Executive of the society is not also a member of the committee of the society, he must be treated, for the purposes of paragraphs 1 to 8 as a member of that committee.\n(2) In such circumstances there must be a note in the accounts specifying that the Chief Executive has been so treated.",
