# Friendly Societies Act 1992, Paragraph 9


(1) Where the Chief Executive of the society is not also a member of the committee of the society, he must be treated, for the purposes of paragraphs 1 to 8 as a member of that committee.
(2) In such circumstances there must be a note in the accounts specifying that the Chief Executive has been so treated.
