# Friendly Societies Act 1992, Paragraph 18

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In paragraph 29, in sub-paragraph (1)—
(a) in paragraph (a) for the word “it" there shall be substituted “ the body ”; and
(b) in paragraph (b) for the word “they" there shall be substituted “ the Commission and the Secretary of State ”.
