# Friendly Societies Act 1992, Paragraph 16

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In section 23(1) of that Act—
(a) at the end of paragraph (c) the word “and" shall be omitted; and
(b) after paragraph (d) there shall be added—
“and
(e) the expression “the Commission” means the Friendly Societies Commission.”
