Regulation 4 Substitution of “EEA States” for “European Community”

In subsection (1)(a)(i) and (b)(i) of section 41f1 (withdrawal of authorisation), and subsection (5) of section 52Af2 (prohibition on disposal of assets) of the 1992 Act substitute “EEA States” for “European Community”.
