# The Friendly Societies Appeal Tribunal Regulations 1993, Paragraph 2


In the case of an appeal against a decision of the Commission to impose conditions, or as to the conditions imposed, under section 34 or 36 of the Act–
(a) a copy of any notice served under paragraph 7(1) or 8(2) of that Schedule;
(b) a copy of any written representations and a record of any oral representations made in accordance with paragraph 7(1) or (2), or 8(2) or (3) of that Schedule;
(c) a copy of any notice or statement served under paragraph 7(5) or (6), or 8(6) or (7) of that Schedule; and
(d) a copy of any statement sent under section 34(7) of the Act.
