  "text": "In the case of an appeal against a decision of the Commission to withdraw authorisation under section 40 or 41 of the Act–\n(a) a copy of the authorisation;\n(b) a copy of the notice served under paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 13 to the Act;\n(c) a copy of any written representations and a copy of any oral representations made in accordance with paragraph 10(1) or (2) of that Schedule; and\n(d) a copy of the notice served under paragraph 10(4) of that Schedule.\nNote\nThis paragraph does not apply to appeals falling within paragraph 4 below.",
