# The Friendly Societies Appeal Tribunal Regulations 1993, Paragraph 3


In the case of an appeal against a decision of the Commission to withdraw authorisation under section 40 or 41 of the Act–
(a) a copy of the authorisation;
(b) a copy of the notice served under paragraph 10(1) of Schedule 13 to the Act;
(c) a copy of any written representations and a copy of any oral representations made in accordance with paragraph 10(1) or (2) of that Schedule; and
(d) a copy of the notice served under paragraph 10(4) of that Schedule.
Note
This paragraph does not apply to appeals falling within paragraph 4 below.
