  "text": "In the case of an appeal under section 58(2) of the Act–\n(a) a copy of any notice served under paragraph 3(3), 7(1), 8(2) or 10(1) of Schedule 13 to the Act;\n(b) a copy of any written representations and a record of any oral representations made by the appellant in accordance with paragraph 3(3) or (4), 7(2), 8(3) or 10(2) of that Schedule; and\n(c) a copy of any notice served under paragraph 3(6), 7(5), 8(6) or 10(4) of that Schedule.",
