  "text": "Regulation 2 shall not apply to any payment payable under a friendly society contract—\n(a) which is contained in or is by its terms subject to the rules of a friendly society and those rules provide for the amount in the new currency payable in respect of the payment, or\n(b) to which an approved scheme applies.",
