  "text": "“Relevant date” in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Schedule means —\n(a) 15th February 1971, or\n(b) 22nd February 1971 in relation to any payment payable to a friendly society which before 15th February 1971 has determined that 22nd February 1971 shall be the relevant date.",
