# The Friendly Societies (Decimal Currency) Regulations 1970, Paragraph 3


“Relevant date” in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Schedule means —
(a) 15th February 1971, or
(b) 22nd February 1971 in relation to any payment payable to a friendly society which before 15th February 1971 has determined that 22nd February 1971 shall be the relevant date.
