  "text": "FRIENDLY SOCIETIES\nMade 8th March 1990\nLaid before Parliament 9th March 1990\nComing into force 1st April 1990\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 and by article 2 of the Friendly Societies (Fees) Order 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
