# The Friendly Societies (Fees) Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


FRIENDLY SOCIETIES
Made 8th March 1990
Laid before Parliament 9th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 and by article 2 of the Friendly Societies (Fees) Order 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
