# The Friendly Societies (Fees) Regulations 1991, Introduction: Introductory text


FRIENDLY SOCIETIES
Made 7th March 1991
Laid before Parliament 8th March 1991
Coming into force 1st April 1991
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 and by article 2 of the Friendly Societies (Fees) Order 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
