# The Friendly Societies (Fees) Regulations 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


FRIENDLY SOCIETIES
Made 27th February 1992
Laid before Parliament 6th March 1992
Coming into force 1st April 1992
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 and by article 2 of the Friendly Societies (Fees) Order 1971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
