FRIENDLY SOCIETIES
Made 9th March 1999
Laid before Parliament 10th March 1999
Coming into force 1st April 1999
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2(2) and (4) and 114(2) of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 and section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974, hereby make the following Regulations:
