Made 9th November 1988
Coming into force 30th December 1988
The Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 42 and 109(2) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
