# The Fuel and Electricity (Control) Act 1973 (Jersey) Order 1973, Article 3


The Fuel and Electricity (Control) Act 1973 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey subject to the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.
