(b)
the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) (Amendment) Order 1980f2.

S.I. 1974/2160. The Order was made under section 2(1) of the Fuel and Electricity Control Act 1973 (c.67) but now has effect as if it was made under section 1(1) of the Energy Act 1976 (see the repeal in Part 1 of Schedule 4 to that Act and the saving in respect of the Order in Part 3 of that Schedule). The Order was amended by S.I. 1980/1013.
