  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the Act” means the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979;\n“biomix” means a mixture that is produced by mixing—\n(a) biodiesel with sulphur-free diesel, or\n(b) biodiesel with ultra low sulphur diesel;\n“the project” means the project described in the Schedule.",
