Article 2 Functions to be exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers

The functions set out in paragraphs (a) to (c), (d) and (ea) so far as they relate to national vocational qualifications shall be exercised solely by the Welsh Ministers.

(2)

The functions set out in paragraphs (e) and (f) so far as they relate to national vocational qualifications shall be exercised solely by the Welsh Ministers.
