The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the National Assembly for Wales by section 30(1) of the Education Act 1997^f1 as amended by the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority of Wales (Transfer of Functions to the National Assembly for Wales and Abolition) Order 2005^f2, and now vested in them^f3 make the following Order:
