Article 2
In article 3(2) of the 1970 Order, after sub-paragraph (e), there shall be added the following sub-paragraphs—
“(f)section 100(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the interim disposal of vehicles removed under section 99 of that Actf1);
(g)sections 104 and 105 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the immobilisation of illegally parked vehicles)f2.”.
