The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1) and 34(2)(a) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005f1 and having received the required approval from the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council in accordance with section 7(1) of that Act, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 34(4) of that Act, been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament:
