  "text": "EDUCATION\nMade 21st March 2007\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 and the modifications made in this Order having been proposed or approved by the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council in accordance with section 7(1) of that Act, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 34(4) of that Act, been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament:",
