  "text": "Education\nMade 7th November 2013\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 11th November 2013\nComing into force 10th December 2013\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 7(1) of that Act, the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council has approved the modifications made in this Order.",
