  "heading": "Power to extend time limits",
  "text": "(1) The Minister may, if she thinks fit in a particular case, extend any of the time limits provided for in the following provisions of this Order—\n(a) article 4(2)(b);\n(b) article 7(2)(b);\n(c) articles 9(4) and 9(5);\n(d) paragraphs 4, 6(1), 6(2) and 8 of Schedule 2; and\n(e) paragraphs 4, 6(1), 6(2), 7(1), 7(2), 9(1), 9(2), 10(1) and 10(2) of Schedule 4.\n(2) The Minister may extend a time limit in accordance with paragraph (1) above even if it has already expired.",
