# Fur Farming (Compensation Scheme) (England) Order 2002, Article 11: Power to extend time limits

Extent: E+W

(1) The Minister may, if she thinks fit in a particular case, extend any of the time limits provided for in the following provisions of this Order—
(a) article 4(2)(b);
(b) article 7(2)(b);
(c) articles 9(4) and 9(5);
(d) paragraphs 4, 6(1), 6(2) and 8 of Schedule 2; and
(e) paragraphs 4, 6(1), 6(2), 7(1), 7(2), 9(1), 9(2), 10(1) and 10(2) of Schedule 4.
(2) The Minister may extend a time limit in accordance with paragraph (1) above even if it has already expired.
