# The Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Consequential Amendments) Order 1993, Article 2: Amendment of the Sex Discrimination (Designated Educational Establishments) Order 1975


The Sex Discrimination (Designated Educational Establishments) Order 1975 is amended by the omission in the Schedule of Part I (polytechnics) and Section A of Part II (establishments in respect of which grants in aid of university education are payable out of money provided by Parliament).
